By adding BetterGhast to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server.

2. Description of Service

BetterGhast is a Discord bot that provides tag management, server moderation tools, and community features. The bot is provided free of charge.

3. User Responsibilities

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
You are responsible for the content stored in tags on your server.
You must not use the bot to store or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
You must not attempt to exploit, abuse, or interfere with the bot's operation.

4. Data Collection

BetterGhast collects and stores the following data necessary for its operation:

Discord Server (Guild) IDs
Tag content created by server members
Tag usage statistics (anonymous counters)

5. Availability

We strive to keep BetterGhast online and operational, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

BetterGhast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from the use of the bot.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to deny service to any server or user that violates these terms. You may stop using BetterGhast at any time by removing it from your server.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
